Overview
Our name and signature are prominent identifiers of our brand.  They represent what we stand for and what we deliver. The BrightPoint signature is made up of two distinct parts: the Wordmark and the Gem Symbol.  These parts should never be used independently.  The proportion of these elements and their relationship to each other may never be altered.  The BrightPoint Signature should always be presented in approved color schemes with the appropriate color assigned to each element.  Using official master artwork files will ensure that our Signature is reproduced consistently around the world.

Usage
The BrightPoint logo is used to identify and promote BrightPoint's products and services. Use of the logo is limited to employees of BrightPoint and parties obtaining permissions outlined below.

Permissions
Other companies cannot use the BrightPoint brand in print, multimedia, or on a Web site, without the express written permission of BrightPoint. Permission to use the brand can be obtained by contacting the BrightPoint Marketing Department, brand@BrightPoint.com.  In general, permission to use the BrightPoint brand is granted only to companies with whom we have a direct business relationship.  Employees of BrightPoint must follow the logo usage request procedure to obtain pre-approval for all uses of the BrightPoint logo.

Partner Advertising:
When utilizing the BrightPoint logo to promote partnerships, the BrightPoint logo must be the same size in surface area as the partner company's logo. If another company uses the BrightPoint logo for advertising purposes, the advertisement must follow the BrightPoint brand guidelines and be approved by the BrightPoint Marketing Department prior to publication or printing.
